Seville is orchard and vineyard country, with family homes on acreage, rural properties and a small township along the Warburton Highway. Many properties have more than a house to look after: sheds, garages, farm buildings, fences and decks all take a beating from the weather. Some have been repainted many times, and failing old coats need stripping back before anything new goes on.
Open, exposed sites get strong sun in summer and wind and rain in winter. We prepare surfaces properly, use exterior paints and stains that stand up to those conditions, and can paint sheds and outbuildings in the same visit as the house.
Inside, we repaint homes from single rooms to whole houses, working tidily and keeping the house livable while we’re there. On properties with long gravel driveways and paddocks, we plan deliveries and parking with you so we don’t get in the way of farm work, animals or deliveries.
